Habitat is a magazine about anthropology that aims to explore the different formats in which anthropological knowledge can exist, from academic articles to art projects. Each issue of the magazine has two parts, one focusing on textual academic articles and the other dedicated to works that fall somewhere between anthropology and art. Together they allow to imagine a spectrum of different approaches to anthropological knowledge at all stages of its production, from the collection of materials to the presentation of finished works. Materials in both parts of the magazine can be either in Russian or in English.
